can you hear heartbeat via doppler at 10 weeks exactly?

Hi Ladies- My next OB appt is next week, and puts me at 10 weeks exactly- is that too early to hear the heartbeat via doppler? I was 11 with my first pregnancy. I am getting anxiety bc I have had previous losses and really do not want to go thru that again. At 6 1/2 weeks we saw a heartbeat via transvaginal ultrasound so keeping our fingers crossed that our baby is growing and healthy!! TIA!! Happy Friday!!
