Am I showing already at 5 weeks?

I'm 5 weeks today with my second pregnacy, and I swear I'm already a little poochy. I normally have a flat stomach and now I look like i ate a very large meal. I can't suck it in, but I haven't changed my eating habits. Am I actually showing already?
