BFP! And low progesterone question.

Hi Ladies! So I took a test this evening and it was positive! I'm super excited. This will be my second child. With my son I had low progesterone from the beginning. I am wondering if anyone experienced this and if it is common to happen with a second pregnancy (if your chances increase). I plan on calling the doctor in the morning but thought I would see if anyone has any insight. Thanks!
