Major Headaches

The past 3 days I have had a lingering headache that just wont go away.  It is awful.  Is it safe to take something?  I have Target brand acetaminophen.  I google'd it, and according to an msnbc article, it is safe.... but it still makes me nervous.

If I take the acetaminophen, it helps for a couple hours, then my headache is back.  I don't want to keep taking it every couple hours.... as long as I dont take more than the recommended dosage, I'm ok, right?

What do you all think?
