Bella Bands (or similar product) actually in a store?

Hi ladies!  I've searched all my Target's in the area, and can't find their version of the Bella Band.  Does anyone know of other retail stores that would carry this or something similar? I'd like to see it before I purchase. I'm in Madison, WI. Thanks!
