Medicare running out - suggestions for other insurance options?

Are any of you receiveing medicare or medicaid?  I have medicare already but it runs out at the end of the month.  Neither DH or I have insurance through work.  Does any one have any suggestions on how i can get medical coverage for myself and LO?  Without any coverage, i cannot afford to continue to be seen by my OB or to get the maintenance meds I need for this to be a healthy pregnancy.
