1st Trimester

what is everyone eating?

I'm about 8 weeks and I'm having serious issues with bloating and indigestion. I've read that eating smaller meals and eating slowly (I'll admit I'm a pretty fast eater) will aid digestion a bit and drinking plenty of water will help too. I definitely get a good bit of water a day, I always have even pre-pregnancy. I could probably do better at eating less and more often, but I'm wondering what everyone is munching on? I think I'm having a hard time getting my brain out of 3 meals a day and could use some small meal ideas, if you've got 'em! Thanks!

P.S. I will admit that eating is tricky at this point too, with nausea and a weird appetite thanks to the 1st tri.
