Anybody else struggling with headaches?

I've had off and on headaches most of my adult life, and usually knock 'em out with time, hydration, and excedrin... so this "tylenol only" deal is tough for me.  I have had a headache for the past two days, and tylenol is about as effective as popping tic tacs.   I'm going to call my doc in a bit, but thought I'd ask here -- how have you guys found headache relief?
