Maybe I'm just a little shy...

Bizarre convo with MIL today. First she said "let me know if you ever want me to go to an appt with you"

how nice!
Later she said "I want to go to a u/s, so let me know when the next one is"

slightly odd...
Then she said... "FIL and I are excited to go to the u/s with you!"

Wait... what? Shall we invite the neighbors too? I thought she was just being nice at first, but she really wants the whole family to go!
