Not having the urge to pee all the time?

So I have every pregnancy symptom in the book- sore boobies, naseau-hunger-food aversions, extreme fatigue and irritability- but I don't have to pee all the time! I wake up once a night to pee (which is new), but besides that I've noticed no differences. I'm 8 weeks today and everything I read makes it seem like I need to make a new home in the bathroom. I have a tilted uterus so I'm wondering if it sits differently and isn't impacting my bladder yet...a little nervous that maybe the uterus stopped expanding... maybe I'm crazy!
