Breast Pain ?

How are any of you handling the breast pain?  Mine is bad enough that wearing proper foundation garments is painful.  I have tried hot/cold compresses, analgesic cream, and tylenol.  Even tried padding but that didn't help either.  So far, nothing seems to be helping.  Any suggestions?
