Anyone started eating better during 1st tri and lost weight? I'm assuming since I'm eating better and not starving myself that it's ok, just eating more fruits/veggies, drinking more water, eating smaller meals more often. I've lost 2 lbs in the past week (and I don't have morning sickness). I'm fairly overweight (I'm 20lbs heavier than I was with with DS at this time), so I'm thinking it's ok? I'll ask my dr, but i don't see her for another 3 weeks...
