Discharge (likely tmi)

Ok so yesterday and this morning I have noticed some coloured discharge.  It's not pink, red or dark brown, it's more tannish.  It's very mucousy (spelling?).  Is that something I should be contacting my doctor over?

Edit:  Ok, it is now officially brown.  I have contaced my doctor because I will worry myself to death if I hadn't   Wish me luck!
