Implantation Bleeding?

Hi Ladies. So I am not pregnant, but thought this would be the best place to ask this question. Did any of you experience implantation bleeding? I am not a first time momng when, but DH and I weren't trying when I conceived my son so I wasn't really paying attention to what my body was doing. Anyways, I am approximately 8dpo and have been having some brown discharge for the past 6 days but today I had some bright red spotting. Could any of this be a sign of implantation bleeding? Also have sore breasts (one sign I did have with DS) and very tired. Thanks!
