Job Interview While Pregnant

So, my current employer is a single attorney at a firm where I am a 1099 contract employee with no benefits. While I enjoy working for him, get to work from home, and have been told I can bring the baby into the office while I work, the position is unstable. I'm a full time student with a baby coming - I feel the need to prepare myself financially as best I can in the upcoming months. 

I now have a job interview with a growing firm (ironically, less than 5 minutes from my guy's workplace, though he works nights). But a part of me is hesitant to be applying for a job when in my first 90 days they are going to find out I'm expecting... anyone have any suggestions?
