Progesterone HELP!!!

My OB called today... my hcg went from 2500-3200, but my progesterone level dropped from 15 to 11 in two days. I'm being put on a pill that I have to take nightly. I already suffered one miscarriage... will I still be okay? Anyone gone through this? I'm trying to put my brave face on, but I am really scared.
