How is this pregnancy going?

My LO is 15 months and I had a fairly easy pregnancy with her minus the first couple of weeks - real tired, slightly nauseous and the last 3 weeks where I was just big an uncomfortable - but overall I loved being pregnant with # 1. 

This time, not so much.

I am exhausted. I am always nauseous. I fell run down and give all my energy to my job and little girl. I don't even feel excited which is depressing. I am hoping once I can start telling people (one week) at least that excitment will help pick me up.

So how are all you doing?
