question about sea bands

just bought them cause even though i am sure i am not far along( just took pregnancy test yesterday, well 3 of them lol, so havent been to doc yet) I am already very naseaous or however you spell it haha. i have stomach issues as it is and have taken a anti naseau med every day for about 5 years. My question is does anyone wear them at night while sleeping? i just put them on about 20 mins ago and i swear they are already helping!
