Crazy Pain!?!?!?!?!?

Earlier today I was taking one of my much needed naps. I was just lying there and out of nowhere I had the craziest pain. It was like a vibrating/ pulling spasm. It was my vaginal area and went up. It last for about a second. Now I have left ovary pain! Ugh!!! Has anyone experienced this? I'm 7 weeks , and I know cramping is normal but this was different.
