This is terrible

I am pregnant with child # 2. I have a 2 year old at home and a full time job. I am only 5 weeks along and nausea has hit hard this time. 24 hour nausea. I feel like a terrible mom right now, my husband has taken over...love him. But this feeling of going to puke and exhaustion is really depressing me! And I have so long to go....really need some words of encouragment right now!
