Spray Tanning?

Is it okay to spray tan (in a booth), or is that not safe? I have been spray tanning regularly for a year, and the thought of being pale is not super appealing to me... but if it's not safe for the baby, I'm definitely NOT going to do it! I don't have an appointment with my OB/GYN for a few more weeks, and I'm trying to decide if I should just go ahead and cancel my membership now. Has anyone spoken with a doctor about this?
