Betas rising quickly! Good or bad??

These are my beta results so far:

9 dpo: 12

11 dpo: 85

That seems like a really big jump!  My progesterone also jumped from 10 to 20!  I have used one progesterone suppository since the first beta, but that wasn't supposed to raise my blood levels, and I don't think it would raise them that much anyway.  Should I be worried about the high beta, or excited that it's gone up so quickly?  The nurse who called could not give me any advice and I'm still waiting on my OB to call!  From the hCG charts that I've seen online, 85 is high for 3 weeks!
