no early symptoms?

I am at about 5 weeks and still no symptoms except the BFP... any one else? or any input from second + time mommies...

Part of me feels lucky but the other part is nervous that I don't "feel" or have any symptoms. Most people seem to have sore nipples, nausa, are moody, sleepy, or somethng...
