Already had two great u/s - 11w today & still nervous to tell!

I've had two ultrasounds, one at my initial appt at 7w5d and a second as an official dating u/s at 9w3d. On both u/s the everything looked great and the hb was strong. 171bpm at the 9w3d u/s. I'm 11 weeks today, but still nervous to tell anyone!

We have our NT scan next Wednesday and I will be 11w5d. 

I would hope that after two solid u/s we are in the clear, but it still makes me nervous. Meanwhile, my friends are wondering why I have disappeared off the face of the earth for the past 5 weeks. (I've had terrible exhaustion and MS so rarely have left the house except for work). 

 Safe to tell? I need encouragement!
