"lower stomach pain & cramps"

I went to the doctor on 8-8-12 for my first OB visit. He said I was 5wks. He did no U/S that day. I am scheduled to go back in 2wks for u/s. He said it was to early to see or hear anything. They took tons of blood work, ask a million questions, but that was it. This will be my 3rd child. I have a 7yr son and 4yr old daughter. I am having lots of low stomach cramps/pains. Mostly around the pelvic area. They are not to bad but they are very often. Im a little worried. i never felt a thing with my other children. I have not had any bleeding so far and hope I dont have any. Does anyone else have similar pains or cramps?
