Playing too rough?

DS is 16 months old. He is a little wobbly still especially when he is running or carrying something. Tonight DS ran to me while I was laying on the floor. He fell on my belly. DH said the baby is dead now because of the fall. DS weighs all of 22 lbs and he didnt fall from far. I dont want to call the OB emergency line for something so stupid and we havent told anyone IRL. Please tell me that it is crazy and the baby and I are fine.
