Hello.
I suffer from severe asthma and i am totally paranoid about my oxygen levels,
i dont have my first pre natal appt until the 29th. The last time i was at a specialist my levels were at 93% i believe, but that was back in May.
I have been exercising more and eating healthy.
Was wondering if there is anything i can do to increase my levels????
what is a good level? normal, low????
I know you ladies arnt doctors but just wondering if there is any asthma sufferers out there paranoid about oxygen as well?
