Anyone else experience high HCG levels?

I went to the ER on Sunday because of some one sided pelvic pain.  Everything turned out OK, and I received my reports today.  At 6w3d, my HCG was 128312.  From all of the scales that I have looked at, this seems really high.  On the ultrasound, the only located one heartbeat and it measured 6w3d.  Anybody else experience high HCG early on?
