Pregnancy Rash?

My cousin told me when she was first pregnant she broke out in a horrible rash. It didn't seem related to me but this past week I have had a painful rash on the top half of my body. I have sensitive skin so I didn't think much of it but yesterday I got a BFP(yay!!!!!!) Anyway, it's so weird to me. I've never heard about this happening. Has anyone experienced this and how long does it last?
