Cramps getting worse?

Anyone else feel like their cramps got worse as they got further in to the pregnancy.

I didn't really have cramps until a week ago (around 8w) I had a u/s at 8 weeks everything with baby was great and a strong heartbeat 165. Just wondering if this is normal?
