tiny drop of blood at 9 weeks

I need some major advice ladies. I just went to the bathroom (#2 and I'm so sorry to tell yall that) and noticed the tiniest drop of bright red blood on the toliet paper. I checked again 30 minutes later and there was nothing. I have been having off and on PMS like cramps for the past few days. Its been nothing major and nothing more extreme than in prior weeks of pregnancy.

Should I freak out? My husband is deployed and is freaking out too.

Anyone have any advice?
