Second Pregnancy - Symptoms

I just got my bfp on July 29th, I have no idea how far along I am, and I go for a dating ultrasound on Friday. My symptoms seem to be worse this time around. I am way more emotional, I cry at the drop of a hat. I am so much more tired this time and I find I don't have as much patience with DS (2 years 5 months) Did anyone else find their early symptoms worse the second time?
