Those who are 12 weeks...symptoms?

I am officially 12 weeks and I feel like this first trimester has dragged on forever :P I'm curious to know what your symptoms are. Also has anyone 12+ noticed a decline in their symptoms? I read that this is normal but it's still scaring the poop out of me. I have my 12 week appointment this friday.

Mine: the ladies still hurt a bit, cramps but not as often as I was getting them, dizzy spells if I get up too fast, some fatigue but not 2 hour power naps like I was taking.
