Headache remedies

Hi,

I have had a horrible, splitting headache and neck ache for the last two days.  Nothing has seemed to help- I have slept a bunch and tried drinking a little caffeine which hasn't helped.  I am drinking as much water as I can.  I know Tylenol is safe, but I don't really want to take any if I can avoid it.  Anyone have any other natural remedies that have worked?
