1st Trimester

how much should I be eating?

I just found out that I was pregnant this past Thursday and I'm about 4 weeks along.  Before I found out, I was eating to lose weight...so a healthy diet, but only roughly 1300-1500 calories per day on average.  I use a food tracking website to keep track of calories and nutrients and such so I know that I'm getting everything my body needs.  But my question is, does anyone know roughly how many calories I need now that I know that I'm pregnant?  I know its probably supposed to be more than 1300-1500 but how much more?  I know that I'm not truly "eating for two" like people love to say.  Thanks!! :)
