Sitting in ER

Doctors think I had a gall bladder attack last night and the pain has continued (less, but still present) throughout today. I've only ever been in the ER one other time in my life...for a car accident. 

Anyone ever have a gall bladder attack? Have you had one when pregnant? What happens if they want to remove it? Would they be likely to wait until after I have the baby?

I've got time to kill until bloodwork and an ultrasound...
