Gender at 12weeks4days???

I had my NT scan yesterday at 12 weeks and the sonographer said we might be looking at a boy. She Said she was seeing a little nub sticking out..  I didn't see it. But I dont know what to think now. This is our first I'm excited with either but I do t want to believe its a boy until we know for sure at 20 weeks. Has this happened to anyone? I just can't stop thinking about it, it's making me so impatient. This is going to be a long couple of months
