Vitamin B-12 Shots?

Before discovering I was KU, I purchased an online deal for 6 vitamin B-12 injections to help with lethargy & b/c I know from previous bloodwork I have very low levels naturally. Are these safe for me to get now that I am pregnant?? My next appt is in another week & we move in less than 2mo, so I need to use them ASAP if I can...
