No appetite?

Has anyone else been experiencing little or no appetite?  This isn't M/S related because, luckily, I haven't had any.  i'm just either not hungry or I eat an obscenely small amount and feel stuffed.  Yesterday, I had half of a chicken salad sandwich and that was it for the day.  Surely the baby needs more nourishment and I am feeling very guilty.  I am 10 weeks and know this is a critical time for development.
