Yeast Infection...Prescribed Terconazole!!

Found out I had a yeast infection through my doctor yesterday. She prescribed me Terconazol 80mg suppository to be used for 3 nights. Now I'm reading that this medication should be avoided during the first trimester. Also some women have miscarried after using this! I'm am freaking out right now. What have you heard or experienced?
