Spotting at week 7

So last night I noticed a little bit of pinkish spotting and then some brown spotting just when i wipe though.  I am totally freaked out cause my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage.  I am really hoping that it is not happening again.  I have an ultrasound appointment this afternoon.  I am super nervous and my husband it out of town this week on work and have no one to go with.  Please keep me in your prayers today.
