Would you announce at 11 weeks?

This weekend is my birthday, so I'm hoping to do some celebrating, AND we have a wedding to go to. I know if I don't drink people are going to suspect anyway....so would you announce to friends at 11 weeks 3 days? Some of them are close friends, some of them are people we just hang out/drink with. So far my pregnancy has gone very smoothly, with no scares or strange symptoms to worry about. Should I spill the beans this weekend, or tough it out and wait until after my 12 week checkup and NT results next Wednesday? ( I know an extra few days is not a lot to wait, I'm just tired of playing the whole "I can't drink bc I'm on antibiotics" charade).
