No breast changes

Hi everyone, I think I am the most paranoid pregnant woman right now. But my boobs haven't really changed! They are not sore at all, maybe a little fuller but that's it. Of course I am worried since my pregnancy hasn't been confirmed by the doc yet. I am still getting positive pregnancy tests and have just about every other symptoms. I never really got sore boobs with my period either. Has anyone else not experienced sore boobs??? I am 5 weeks 2 days btw.
