Showing and not just bloat

I have seen the chart on here many times, and it seems the rule of thumb is if your not 12 weeks it is bloat, end of story. While I am not showing yet, I read this article about 1st vrs 4th pregnancy (I am on my fourth) and it states you can show as early as 9 or 10 weeks (not bloat). Do you agree or disagree with this source. Mind you I am not showing, I am not invested either way, I just thought it would make a good conversation.

Typically, women start to show earlier with each subsequent pregnancy, meaning that a fourth-time mom might show as early as the ninth or 10th week of pregnancy.
