Please help im five weeks pregnant and today i was punched in the stomache my my three year old nephew it kind of hurt when he did it afterwards i laid down and when i got up i had a little cramping nothing bad i have not noticed any bleeding or spotting.....am i ok i go for my first u/s tomorrow please help me some one im really scared and on top of that this is my first pregnancy after my miscarriage on may 23rd....im so scared
