Irregular gestational sac

Did anyone have an irregular shaped gestational sac and go on to have a normal pregnancy? I had an us yesterday (just got the report) and they said that I measured 5w4d, their was an indication of a yolk sac, but the gestational sac was long and narrow which was irregular.
