Bleeding at 6 weeks

Has anyone else experienced this? I noticed a little bit of blood yesterday evening (fresh blood) but it has since stopped. It wasn't enough to even fill a panty liner but I'm still slightly concerned. I miscarried at 10.5 weeks in Dec and I had bleeding on and off almost the entire time. I'm so scared that this is happening again...
