Body by Vi?

Preface....Please do not flame me, i am NOT trying to loose weight.

 I started the body by Vi shakes a few months ago (pre-pregnancy), i have shake mix left and have grown to really enjoy drinking a shake for breakfast.  The shake has tons of vitamins, minerals, etc in it, i know it's good for those who aren't pregnant, but what about those who are?  Do any of you know?

I've been drinking them for breakfast still, just adding more calories throughout the day to make up for it.  Let me know your thoughts :)  Thanks all!
