symptoms disappearing....

Ofcourse I'm a nervous wreck. I had m/s yesterday, and now today it's gone, and my boobs don't hurt as much as they did the past few weeks. Should I call my doc, should I be worried about disappearing symptoms or is this par for the course of being 10 weeks?  We saw the h/b last week, but I'm still a nervous wreck after 4 losses...
