Worried about my toddler on my belly...

Hey guys,

So I have a 16 month old who is extremely rambunctious and climbs on me and my belly. It makes me nervous because I worry that he is too rough around my belly. Has anyone already asked their Dr's about this? I love my son cuddling up on me, but i get so worried when he knees me in the tummy and stuff.
